Robert Weicker
Chief Geologist
Bob's 5 year stint at Hemlo included the role of Chief Geologist at the Williams Mine (at the time, the largest gold mine in Canada) for Lac Minerals Ltd., and was with the project from late exploration, through development and construction, to production at 6000 tonnes per day. Bob also has extensive exploration experience in the Hemlo, Thunder Bay area, and Abitibi greenstone belts, for gold and VMS (Volcanogenic massive sulphide) deposits. In the USA, Bob was with Equinox Resources Ltd. (taken over by Hecla Mining Company) and involved with the exploration, permitting and underground development of the Rosebud gold deposit in Pershing County Nevada, which was successfully mined by Hecla and Newmont. Bob has worked on projects in every county in Nevada, in addition to Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Washington, New Mexico and California.
Richard Reid
Technical Advisor
Mr. Reid is a senior geologist with over 39 years in the mining business, working for major mining companies, with a focus throughout Nevada. His roles with Newmont Mining Corporation, now Newmont Goldcorp Corp., the largest producer of gold in the world, included Nevada District Exploration Manager, Exploration Business Development Manager and Chief Geologist for North America. Mr. Reid has been involved with acquisitions of significant mining properties throughout his career including Newmont's acquisition of Long Canyon from Fronteer Gold Inc., and the acquisition of the Buffalo Valley deposit, which was subsequently sold to SSR Mining. Richard has extensive experience with Carlin type gold deposits which will be directly applicable to the Company's exploration focus on the Jewel Ridge gold property. He also was involved with epithermal hosted gold deposits on the Carlin and Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend, including significant discoveries at the Midas Mine and Florida Canyon Mine.
Thomas Obradovich
Technical Advisor
Thomas Obradovich is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines in Mining Technology and Advanced Field Geophysics. He has a wide range of experience in mining exploration, development and financing. Mr. Obradovich brings over 35 years experience in mining exploration, development, and financing. He was a key individual behind Aurelian Resources (acquired by Kinross Gold Mines for $1.2 billion in 2008), which discovered the Fruta Del Norte gold deposit in Ecuador; a co-founder of Canadian Royalties Inc., which discovered and developed the Raglan south nickel belt; acquired most of the Matachewan gold camp by an RTO of Young-Davidson Mines Ltd. which was subsequently acquired by Northgate Minerals in 2005; and became President and CEO of Barkerville Gold Mines in January of 2015 and turned the company into a debt free mining and exploration vehicle with a market capital in excess of $200 million and $60 million in treasury when he resigned in July 2016. Previously, Tom was a Director and a member of the Special Committee at Dalradian Resources, which was privatized by Orion Mine Finance for over $550 million.
Arnie Pollmer, P.Geo
Arnie is a geologist with more than 40 years' experience, including specific knowledge and expertise related to the Company's Full Monty property through his role as mine geologist and exploration manager for 5 years with Brenda Mines Ltd. Other roles include Chief Geologist Boss Mtn. division of Noranda Mines Ltd., acting mine manager, senior geologist supervising up to 20 to 30 personnel at the QR Mine, Quesnel and Quintette Coal Mine and project manager with a Huu-ay-aht First Nations Project.
